The EA-BCTS 20010-600-18 is a programmable battery cell test system with eighteen independent modes in a single 42U cabinet. Each channel provides charging and discharging with a power of up to 6 kilowatts, a voltage of up to 10 volts and a current of up to 600 amperes. The system supports a recuperation mode with energy return to the grid with an efficiency of up to 90 percent, which corresponds to low heat generation and energy costs. For safety, active pre-charging, reverse polarity protection, zero-current shutdown and temperature control are implemented. Voltage, current and voltage recovery modes are controlled with an interval of one millisecond. The cabinet has dimensions of 600 millimeters and a depth of 1200 millimeters, with the possibility of air or water cooling, depending on the configuration. The system is equipped with an emergency shutdown system and is suitable for creating large-scale stands for testing battery cells in production and laboratories.
