EA-BIM 20005-10-20 is a professional laboratory device for measuring the impedance of battery cells with continuous testing of twenty channels. The device is designed to quickly measure the internal resistance of batteries with a frequency range from one millihertz to ten kilohertz. The maximum alternating current is a peak value of ten amperes, direct current up to one ampere with an output voltage range of up to five volts. Each channel is equipped with a four-wire connection scheme and connection of temperature sensors using standard PT100 sensors.

The device allows you to update cells both in static mode and during charging or discharging without switching the algorithm. To increase the speed of operation, a multi-sinusoidal measurement mode is used, which reduces the duration of analysis from several minutes to several seconds per channel. The device differs in the measurement error of the upper limit with an error of less than one unit of measurement in different parts of the frequency.

USB and CAN interfaces are provided for work in automated systems. The compact three-unit case is designed for easy installation on laboratory racks with significant power consumption of less than sixty watts per unit.
