EA-BPTS 20920-720 is a programmable battery test system with charging and discharging of large battery blocks. The system operates with voltage up to 920 V and current up to 720 A with a total power of up to 180 kW. Thanks to the built-in recuperation function, up to 96.5% of the energy is returned back to the grid, which reduces energy consumption and cooling costs. The device supports operation in voltage, current and frequency change modes with a fast response time of up to 1 ms. For increased safety, active pre-charge, zero current shutdown, reverse polarity protection, emergency lock with door locking functions are provided. The design is placed in a standard 42U cabinet with a height of 600 mm and a depth of 1000 mm with an outlet for ventilation or water cooling. The system is optimal for laboratory tests, production tests of batteries and automated test benches.
