Wilden 15-1010-58 Diaphragm

The Wilden 15-1010-58 diaphragm is made of Wil-Flex™ (trade name Santoprene®). This thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) combines the properties of rubber with the durability of thermoplastic.

Material Specifications:

Composition: Santoprene is a durable, inexpensive material that does not require fabric reinforcement.

Temperature Range: -40°C to +107°C (-40°F to +225°F).

Chemical Resistance: Highly resistant to acids and alkalis (e.g., sulfuric or hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide).

Color Coding: Orange Dot.

Mold Marking: "WF" Stamp.

Application:

Size: Designed for Wilden 3-inch (76 mm) pumps.

Compatible models: Used in metal and plastic pumps of the P15, PV15, PX15, T15 series, as well as high-pressure pumps.

Advantages: Excellent fatigue strength (flex life), high abrasion resistance, and durability, making it a universal choice for general industrial applications.

This diaphragm is the primary diaphragm and is often used in conjunction with support diaphragms, if required by the design of a specific pump model.
