Wilden Gasket 04-3502-52

The Wilden 04-3502-52 gasket is a muffler plate gasket used in Wilden Pro-Flo X and High Pressure series air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps.

Purpose and Material

Purpose: This gasket is used to seal the muffler plate joint in the pumps' air distribution systems.

Material: Made of Buna-N (also known as NBR or nitrile butadiene rubber). This material was selected for its good abrasion resistance and chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, and other aggressive media.

Application: For use in pumps with inlet/outlet port sizes from 1.5 inches (38 mm) to 3 inches (76 mm).

Compatibility and Specifications

Compatible Series: Used in PV4 and PV15 series pumps.

Pump design: Suitable for both clamped and bolted metal pump designs.
